The Groove of Home
This skyline is built from my parents' record collection, gathered over the 65 years they shared together.
The music takes me back to countless moments spent listening to those vinyl records, eyes closed, feeling every note and rhythm fill the room.
The cityscape reflects both the strength and the roughness that shape a life. Like a skyline rising from the landscape, it carries turmoil as much as resilience — the noise of growing up alongside the quiet that came later. Around it, nature softens the edges, reminding us that beauty often exists alongside hardship, and that softness can hold its own against roughness without erasing it.
For me, home is not a place but an inheritance — found in memories, music, and the people who shape us. These records hold the soundtrack of my family's story, and through them, something familiar is carried forward into something new.
